Elizabeth Parsons, MD is a board certified pediatrician and a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Parsons joined Pocatello Children’s Clinic in July of 2014.  Dr. Parsons specializes in the care and treatment of infants, toddlers, children and adolescents. She provides all aspects of pediatric care including health supervision visits, acute and chronic illness, and injuries. She attended medical school at Mercer University School of Medicine in Macon, Georgia. She completed her residency as well as one additional clinical year of training in Pediatric Gastroenterology at the University of Utah and Primary Children’s Medical Center in Salt Lake City, UT.  There she was awarded the Resident Teaching Award and two-time Resident Hospitalist of The Year.

Dr. Parsons is affiliate faculty with Idaho State University College of Pharmacy as well as an Assistant Clinical Professor with the University of Washington.  She enjoys teaching medical students and supervising residents. In her free time, Dr. Parsons enjoys spending time with her husband and sons, playing guitar, snow skiing, and spending time outdoors.
